All photos are by us of the actual product in natural light and might appear slightly lighter
in certain photos due to sun or use of flash.
We do not offer refunds if you have not measured your babies feet correctly
so please ensure you have selected the correct size and allowed 1cm for best fit,
growth and just generally to get to use the product longer as we all know babies feet grow as fast as they do!
In the unlikely event that the shoes are faulty we will offer you an exchange, store credit or a refund but please contact us at email@example.com to further discuss the options.
Please note postage of all returns is at the expense of the customer.
Please allow 5 working days for the return to be inspected and processed.
Your store credit, exchange or refund will automatically be issued to your account and
a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Please note items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original state will not be accepted.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN:
1. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase (21 days for International customers)
2. Any items returned after 14 days of purchase (21 days for International customers) will not be accepted
3. Items must not have been worn , damaged or altered from their original condition in any way
4. Items must be returned in the poly bag where possible.
5. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS!
If upon inspection the returned item is found not to have met any one of these conditions,
the item will not result in a refund, exchange or us providing store credit.
Our returns policy is the same for International customers. However, the customer has 21 days from the date of
purchase to return the item and postage costs for all returns will be at the customer’s expense.
